Define the problem first
Answer the following questions to know the severity of your Firefox issue.
1. Are other installed Web browsers working fine to browse the Websites?

Checking the Security Software
Sometime the security applications (Internet Security, Antivirus, Firewall or Antivirus) block the applications to access the Internet. Please check whether the installed Security Application has blocked the Mozilla Firefox or not. You are required to provide the full access rights to the Firefox. 3. Double click the setting to change its value to true.

2. Double click it to change its value to TRUE.
3. Click at the OK button if you get any prompt.

DNS Prefetching
Mozilla Firefox uses DNS Prefetching to speed up its Web browsing performance. Sometime it frequently gets error message due to this functionality. Follow below steps to disable DNS Prefetching.
1. Look for the option called 'network.dns.disablePrefetch'.
2. Double click this option to change its value to TRUE.
3. Click the OK button.
